FUNCTION ROOMS
Gilgandra Services Club can cater for many different function from a small intimate gathering to a large formal occasion.
The Gilgandra Services Club has rooms available that can seat as little as 15 people or as big as 250 people depending on your specific needs.
We also provide a range of necessities which include whiteboard, large screen for presentation, tea & coffee station , microphones + more
All our rooms can be hired solely or with catering provided from our bistro.

Auditorium
The Auditorium is the biggest area to hire out, which can seat up to 200pax or 250pax if the joining Queensland room is also hired out.
Pool Room
The pool room can seat 15pax for those smaller business meetings or training courses.
Queensland Room
The newly renovated Queensland room can seat up to 50pax or 250 if the joining Auditorium is also hired out.
BBQ & Outdoor Area
This area has multiply tables for seating options, including the large open green
